March 20, 2015

Last week, the Charleston’s Post & Courier announced our wins from the ASID Design Awards 2014 here. We couldn’t be more proud to be recognized in our hometown. Here’s a recap of why MDI was honored.

Award 1:

Margaret Donaldson Interiors won second place for residential design over 3,500 square feet. It was our work with traditional design at an Isle of Palms home that clinched the honor, which you can read more about.

Award 2:

We also picked up an honorable mention for residential design under 3,500 square feet for our  modern design at a Kiawah Island home. You can read all about how we achieved the look here.

Award 3:

And finally, we took home an honorable mention for design in a singular space. This award highlighted the work we did at a home at Turtle Beach on Kiawah Island. Check out the sunny, vibrant space in detail.

Held in Greensboro, NC, the ASID design awards 2014 was not only an honor to attend, but it made for a nice little getaway.   Here’s our crew at the award ceremony.
