We have another award-winning Kiawah home to share with you today! This renovated vacation home was awarded first place for a primary residence.

We were asked to renovate this family’s vacation home into an updated retirement home. The primary goal was to make the home feel new while also incorporating years of family vacation memories. 

We focused on the family and created family-friendly spaces for adults and children alike to gather, including a family game room and custom bunk room.

Another unique goal the homeowners had with this space was to showcase their love for the Lowcountry and connection to the island community. We were able to fulfill this goal with locally commissioned art pieces and a palette inspired by the outdoors.
