We are happy to introduce you to Liz Dickman, who has worked as a design assistant at MDI since August 2020. Liz graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a major in Interior Design and a minor in Decorative Arts and has been in the design industry ever since.
Today we’d like to introduce you to MDI’s newest member of the team, Ellen Underwood. Ellen is a native of Pawley’s Island but took a series of enviable diversions before settling down in Charleston two years ago.
Please join us in congratulating Ryan Vaughn on achieving her LEED Green Associate Certification. For our clients interested in sustainability, this credential affirms Ryan’s proficiency in designing spaces that have improved air quality, are energy-efficient, and conserve natural resources.
Please meet Lily Cannon, Lead Designer at MDI. Born and raised in Charleston, Lily spent a few years as a Psychology major at USC in Columbia, then moved back to Charleston to earn a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Art Institute of Charleston.
We’d like to introduce you to Abigail Carr Botero, MDI’s Design Assistant, Design Librarian, and Office Assistant. Abigail was born in Locust, North Carolina, a small town east of Charlotte. When Abigail says “small town” she means it. There were “a whopping 4 stop lights in the whole city,” she says.
