Celebrating Ferguson Enterprises
February 7, 2013
It was back in August that we first learned that our local Ferguson Enterprises Showroom was getting a new look. Margaret went to raid the warehouse (looking for a sink for our office guest bath) and Janet Wall, the showroom manager explained ‘why the mess.’ Â We enjoyed watching the project unfold throughout the fall/winter as we continued to work with clients on their plumbing and lighting selections. At long last, we were thrilled to celebrate the debut of the new showroom last week. Janet and her team did a phenomenal job and the MDI team cannot wait to work out of the new space.
Once inside the doors, we were thrilled to see so many local designers, builders and architects. What a great community of support! We caught up with Royal Indigo Construction about a project we are collaborating on at Kiawah. There is always fun to be had with the team from Classic Remodeling. Bob, Kim and Cava are a trio to be reckoned with both at a party and on a job-site.
Chris Rose always has some great tales from the architect’s drafting table. Steve Koenig and Margaret enjoyed reminiscing and celebrating that their businesses are still going strong after all the years. All in all, it was a wonderful evening with our colleagues and friends. And to top it all off, Margaret won the raffle, an oil-rubbed bronze Hunter standing fan. The fan is already on the back porch awaiting the summer heat wave.
Three cheers to Ferguson! See you on the 21st to work on a new project!
