High Point Market Inspiration – Part 2

May 30, 2017

In our last blog post we shared our inspiration from High Point Market in North Carolina. The High Point Market is incredible – it’s 11.5 million square feet of show space, installations, furniture, accessories, and more. Every year when we go we each pick out one or two things that really inspired us. Last time we shared favorites from Alexis and Beth. This week we’re sharing picks from Alex, Delta, and Margaret:

Alex:

“I was inspired by this hand blown wall piece from SkLO. It’s branch-inspired composition has such an interesting/organic feel and lends itself to be very contemporary. And because the glass spheres are hand blown and then dipped, each sphere is slightly different, and makes for a great conversation piece. LOVE.”

Delta:

“My inspiration is this hand blown hurricane. It reminds me of glass art, and with candles I imagine the reflection of light would be interesting.”

Margaret:

“I was inspired by this Faux Bois Bench. It’s organic but earthy but there’s such movement and energy. I want one in my own yard!”

“I also loved these Chaddock console tables. You can customize them, including what kind of paint or wallpaper goes on the inside. So many possibilities.”
