We’re so happy to introduce you to Kelly McGinty, who has served as our Director of Operations since February 2022. Kelly considers herself lucky to have spent most of her life in Charleston. She graduated from College of Charleston with a degree in International Business and Spanish.

Kelly helps to streamline our processes and keeps projects on track. As the liaison between our clients and the delivery and installation teams, she monitors where clients are in their projects and ensures that everything is on time for installation. She is organized, methodical, and a creative problem solver. 

Her favorite part of working at MDI is getting to know our clients and seeing how excited they are as their project comes together on installation days. She loves that her work is fun, fast-paced, and varies day to day. Her “work hard, play hard” mantra perfectly describes our dynamic at MDI. 

When she’s not at MDI, Kelly loves to take advantage of everything Charleston has to offer, including going to the beach, boating, and enjoying all the local businesses. Her favorite Charleston restaurants are The Daily, Leon’s Oyster Shop, Queen Street Grocery, and Halls Chophouse. She also stays busy with gardening, playing soccer, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
