Wow, what a year! As we head into 2025, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared with our clients and community in Charleston, Kiawah, and beyond in 2024. It was truly a year of growth, transformation, and celebration, and we’re thrilled to share some highlights with you!

First and foremost, we launched a brand new look that better represents who we are and what we do. We updated our name, branding, and website, and are now stepping confidently into the future. Adding “Luxury Design” to our name more accurately reflects our commitment to creating luxurious and livable spaces tailored to our clients’ lifestyles, and the natural next step was to update our brand and website as well. In addition to our new look, we have had the honor of being featured in several distinguished publications this year. We started off 2024 with a bang, with Charleston Style & Design giving our bold and fun Daniel Island project its own feature in their winter 2024 issue. Our Colorful Kiawah project, inspired by a lifetime of family memories, was featured in the July/August issue of Southern Home magazine. We were also thrilled to receive three residential ASID Excellence in Design awards this year!       

Our projects weren’t the only ones stealing the spotlight! Margaret was featured in two esteemed podcasts this year: Design Biz Survival Guide and From the Tap, speaking in both about the art of building a business, fostering a family-like work culture, and creating a legacy brand. We’re thrilled to be growing and adding to our wonderful team as well.
