When first stepping foot on their Kiawah Island oceanside property, the goal became very clear to the owner’s that they wanted to focus on the beach and the view most of all. They stood there with arms stretched out, and that’s how this all began. The open arms sparked inspiration to build the home in a V-shape, as if it, too, was embracing the view and welcoming loved ones, and that theme continues throughout the design.
