Reclaimed DesignWorks- Charleston, SC
October 2, 2013
What could be better than pizza, craft beer and our friends down at Reclaimed DesignWorks Charleston, SC. Last Thursday, we joined them along with Coast Crust and Coastal Craft & Cru to enjoy the restored vintage trucks that now serve up incredible Neopolitan-style pizza, craft beer, wine and more deliciousness. To top it all off, Reclaimed DesignWorks did an incredible job with the refurbishment of the food trucks. These are not your ordinary food trucks.
MDI has loved, loved working with Reclaimed DesignWorks. We happened upon them shortly after they opened and have collaborated on several different projects that we will photograph professionally later this fall. For now, here are some shots that we snapped on the job.
Exposed beams and an incredible fireplace installation. We can’t wait to see how great the house looks when Joshua Drake Photography gets ahold of it.
A beautiful piece of Reclaimed DesignWorks wood for a mantel…
We have also used their wood to make a couple of beds. Â But we’ll save those for another day and get back to the party. Â We celebrated the success of the glorious food truck revolution and the talents of all the folks down at Reclaimed DesignWorks. Â We saw some great new products as well. Â Their new pre-finished floor looks as though it is a white painted wood that has been worn by time. Â We already have a project in mind to use this new product for! Â Another favorite was the wood tiles. Â Here’s a shot of them installed at Indaco, the new Indigo Road Italian restaurant downtown on King Street.
We are excited to see where future partnerships with Reclaimed DesignWorks lead.
