2024 Pantone Color of the Year

January 16, 2024

2024 is a big year for Pantone, as it officially marks 25 years of the Pantone Color of the Year program. In December, the institute announced Peach Fuzz as the 2024 Pantone Color of the Year.

Pantone is the leading source of inspiration and authority on color in the world of design. Each year they announce a color of the year that reflects the global culture. In December, designers and artists alike hold their breath as they anticipate the announcement.

“In seeking a hue that echoes our innate yearning for closeness and connection, we chose a color radiant with warmth and modern elegance. A shade that resonates with compassion, offers a tactile embrace, and effortlessly bridges the youthful with the timeless.” – Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of Pantone Color Institute

The gentleness of Peach Fuzz is both timeless and modern. Contrasting 2023’s bold and fearless Viva Magenta, Peach Fuzz evokes feelings of calm, community, and healing, and inspires us to find peace in this fast-paced world.
