Dockside Home Tour
We have a unique project to share with you today. Dockside condominiums are one of Charleston’s most iconic properties. At 19 stories tall, Dockside is one of the few high-rise buildings in the Holy City. Built-in the early 1980s, the units offer incredible views of the harbor, downtown Charleston, and the Ravenel Bridge.

This fun, colorful Kiawah Island vacation home quickly transitioned to a full-time residence as the owners loved the laid-back lifestyle the island provided. Having space for their kids (and fur kids) and plenty of visitors was very important for this sociable family.

Every year the Southeaster Wildlife Exposition brings a three-day celebration of wildlife and all things natural to Charleston. Each February, our city is full of visitors attracted to SEWE’s educational conservation programs, social events, sporting demonstrations, and fine art fairs.
