Jimmy Evans has always had an eye for design, long before Margaret Donaldson Interiors found him and began working with him years ago. At 90 years young, Jimmy is rich with stories about the old days of design, from Paris to South Carolina, and how things have changed within Charleston’s design world alone.
Here we go! Final round of Atlanta finds. Charleston Interior Design is as global as a plane ride or a car trip or the internet for that matter. While we love and cherish our local resources, we strive for an awareness of all that is out there. This philosophy allows us to bring truly the best and most unique selections into the MDI studio and then into our clients’ homes. A lot of what we enjoyed were creative takes on wall decor. Â
Well, I guess it’s a good sign that it has taken a couple of weeks to get through all of our images. Lots of great new design inspiration has hit our idea boards here at MDI. So…we are just going to inundate you with the goodness. Let’s visit ADAC today. Charleston Designers often travel to ADAC or NYC to see new product.
Several times a year, MDI packs up the car and hits the markets. Atlanta and High Point each host markets twice a year where furniture, lighting, rugs, accessories galore are on display with the newest season’s additions. Sounds fun, right? Right! (note tiny hint of sarcasm).
